1. Information We Collect

We collect inventory data (SKU details, quantities, locations), system metadata (IP address, browser type), and personal information (name, email) provided through contact forms. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).

2. Use of Data

Processed solely for: (a) providing and improving inventory management services, (b) generating anonymized analytics, (c) compliance with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

Inventory data retained for 7 years per GAAP requirements. Personal data retained for duration of relationship plus 90 days. Deletion requests processed within 30 days under right to erasure (GDPR Art. 17).

4. Third-Party Processors

We engage AWS (US East), Snowflake, and Datadog. All are SOC 2 Type II certified and contractually bound to our data processing standards.

5. International Transfers

Data stored in US-based data centers. For EU users, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are executed per GDPR Art. 46.

6. Your Rights

Access, rectification, portability, and objection rights under applicable law. Exercise via [email protected] with verification.

7. Cookies & Tracking

Essential cookies for session management. No third-party tracking for marketing. Analytics cookies (anonymized) collected via Plausible, which doesn’t use persistent identifiers.
